Metamorphosis Deck Builders - East Bay Area: Bay Point, CA
“Juan saw this review and called me and explained he is just super busy. He sent the information to me right away. The intention was not to bring harm to his business. It was to use Yelp for what it is for. You provide review in your experience. This was my experience. Juan is super nice and like my original post said, I'm sure his work is great. This post is not about the actual work he does because I've never had anything built by him. This rating was based on my customer service response time. It is now 4 stars because Juan explained he was just busy. Thank you Juan for reaching out to me.”
