We were in need of major generator repair twice. It was a little different than what Carnahan typically works on, but they did the research, did what was needed to fix everything, and charged a very reasonable rate. We are back up and running better than new. Thanks!!!

I called because I needed a replacent part for my Generac generator due to PG&E power surge and Carnahan was listed as a local dealer. Due to current supply chains issues part are difficult to find. Jim called around to ask his field staff check their trucks and they did not have any available. Jim then called a local supply house (Platt Electric) and placed the part on will call under my name for me (I was planning to install myself). He then called me back to let me know it's ready for me to pick up. How is that for service? Clearly customer service remains important to this local company so I encourage you to consider them for your project.

Kudos to Carnahan Electric for coming to the rescue! with no power for couple days & turned down from other local reputable electrical companies, my 62yr home panel box is outdated (main breaker shut down) thankfully less than an hour, Nathan arrived and able to temporally fix and restored the power. Jim is working on permit to upgrade. thank you thank you to you both! Jim had faith in Nathan and hearing this was a relief and the outcome even better.
