While some clients have expressed concerns about additional fees, the hospital's staff is dedicated to providing quality service. With a long history of serving the community, Crossroads Veterinary Hospital has earned the trust of many pet owners. They offer discreet and caring services, making them a recommended choice for pet care. However, it's essential to be aware of potential additional fees and to discuss them with the hospital beforehand.
We were referred to Crossroads by another veterinary hospital. This was the best experience that we have had in a long time. It started from the moment I called with an emergency. They were booked but managed to get us in anyway. Extremely thorough and informative during our visit. Even the aftercare was top notch with answering all our questions and always offering “If anything changes or if you have any questions, just call us back “ I highly recommend them!
Crossroads vet is a great place to take your animals. The staff is kind. I also enjoy their flexibility on getting into last minute appointments. I will continue taking my pup there.
I had to take my old timer Rocco in yesterday. Dr. Ghotra is wonderful. I can’t praise him enough. He has such a great vibe, even my cats love him. I never feel like I’m being ripped off. He doesn’t try to gouged you ordering a bunch of expensive tests. Also I want to thank his vet tech and receptionist. These ladies are the real deal. I can’t praise them enough. I’ve been to several vets over the 20 years I’ve lived here and this place is special. Thank you!
