“On a brutally hot Saturday night in July, 2021 my old a/c roof top system breathed its last. Erkies was the only contractor who was willing to come out on Sunday and have a new unit installed and humming by Tuesday morning. Because my partner was in hospice at home at the time, Erkies, on its own initiative, lent us a portable a/c and vented it through a sliding glass door so my partner would be comfortable until the new unit was installed. Erkies can also be relied on for easily booked service calls and to promptly arrive at the time scheduled. Finally, in the end, Erkies can be counted on to honor their warranty and repair or replace any items that might prove defective. Highly recommended, definitely 5 Stars. Ask for Mike!“
