We called Desert cooler specialist and they came over right away to assess the situation. After they assess situation they gave me several quotes to choose from and they came and took care of the issue. “This company was amazing and probably one of the best experiences in terms of a service company – – we had two AC problems and one was through warranty, which was a disaster because of the useless HVAC company however, Paul’s air conditioning was able to book an appointment the same day and fix the second unit in less than 15 minutes by changing a capacitor. The other company from Los Angeles via the insurance company was pathetic. This company deserves more than five stars based on their experience right off the bat on booking the appointment, providing quality reliable and efficient service.
