We wanted to renovate a half-bath vanity that would go wall to wall, but the size was not standard. I've used three designers before and Charles is in a league of his own.A company's true mark of quality is the ability to operate through challenges. And my project had its challenges. Covid made material wait times incredibly long and changes had to be made. Additionally, through no fault of Charles and his team's, a water leak caused some damage during the bathroom renovations. However, while not responsible, Charles' team 100% owned the mistake and started repairing the damages. Honestly, it was one of the most impressive experiences regarding home improvement I've witnessed, and I've been part of several. “I worked with Andrea at Mitchell's, and with her helpful advice ordered a 13' round seagrass area rug, as well as a seagrass runner for my curving staircase.Jose (Joe) templated the staircase runner, and just finished installing it. He did a great job! I'm sure seagrass isn't easy to work with, (especially considering the pie-shaped treads!) It looks much better than the seagrass runner it replaced.Highly recommended!“

“There is no way to fully express how happy I am to have the good fortune of hiring Chris Alan Design for a remodel of a 30+ year old house. I inherited a house in Oceanside that needed a lot of work, but is occupied by a disabled sibling who did not want to move, even on a temporary basis. Complicating the situation is that I am a Texas resident and was concerned how I would handle such a project from afar. When mold was discovered in the house, I recognized that I needed to move forward with the remodel. I learned of Chris Alan Design through online reviews such as this. I gave Chris a call, we agreed to meet and did so this past February. He met my sibling, understood the disability and reassured us that no move out was needed. Additionally, he assured me that he would handle the entire remodel working with his experienced team. Short story, he delivered! He kept me informed every step of the way, sending me pictures of the progress as well as pics of selected colors, appliances, flooring, bathroom tile, plumbing fixtures, and calling to inform me when we needed to consider alternatives to the plan. My sibling had no complaints and enjoyed interacting with Chris's team . . . and, he came in on budget. A+ is my rating and I encourage those who in are need of such services to give him call.“

But I have yet to be contacted by the warehouse for delivery. They took my final payment. I was told that the warehouse sale is taking place now. They do not have time to contact me.“

Jess is such an unassuming person with a great eye for design...she is the easiest person I have ever worked with on any project ever...I had her design 3 rooms and create a beautiful new outdoor patio...I am an artist and I know what I like...I always chose the first thing she chose for me..she understood me right away....One of the rooms was a new studio for all of my supples and a work table...I am over the moon with her design but I didn't see that one initially but I trusted her and we went with it...Six months later I'm still in awe every time I go to work up there.
