“There is no way to fully express how happy I am to have the good fortune of hiring Chris Alan Design for a remodel of a 30+ year old house. I inherited a house in Oceanside that needed a lot of work, but is occupied by a disabled sibling who did not want to move, even on a temporary basis. Complicating the situation is that I am a Texas resident and was concerned how I would handle such a project from afar. When mold was discovered in the house, I recognized that I needed to move forward with the remodel. I learned of Chris Alan Design through online reviews such as this. I gave Chris a call, we agreed to meet and did so this past February. He met my sibling, understood the disability and reassured us that no move out was needed. Additionally, he assured me that he would handle the entire remodel working with his experienced team. Short story, he delivered! He kept me informed every step of the way, sending me pictures of the progress as well as pics of selected colors, appliances, flooring, bathroom tile, plumbing fixtures, and calling to inform me when we needed to consider alternatives to the plan. Due to their help today I have updated to 4 stars from 2.I am deeply disappointed in the service. I ordered bar stools several months ago. They have been ready for a month now. But I have yet to be contacted by the warehouse for delivery. They took my final payment. I was told that the warehouse sale is taking place now. They do not have time to contact me.“

From the minute we contacted Sam Mizra, all the details have been handled exceptionally well, with our abundant number of questions answered immediately! We were also able to visit the shop to see the quality of the cabinetry we were going to have installed and see the workshop. Once everything was finalized, the turnaround time and installation was incredible, with Sam fitting us in between planned jobs.
