“I am real estate broker in Walnut Creek. My client was in need of a flooring solution to prepare her home for sale. I recommended Andrew Waite with Floortex Design for the project. We were under a tight deadline to list the home for sale. Andrew was very responsive and was able to complete the job ahead of schedule. Great quality at a fair price. Steller customer service and expertise. I highly recommend Andrew Waite.”
“Tanya came out for a staging consultation and it was a great experience. She walked through the home with me, explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a clear plan. She was professional, and definitely knowledgeable. Her changes and plan almost made me not want to move lol looking forward to working with her thanks Tanya!”
“I called California, Mural Art, about two months ago concerning a mural that I wanted to have painted on a garage wall in my yard, which would augment my newly planted native garden. John Osgood was prompt in his reply, he listened to what I wanted to do, he gave me a couple of sample drawings, we had a good 5 to 6 exchanges about details, he was very receptive to all of my inputs. I thoroughly enjoyed working with John, his work is outstanding, he’s thorough, he’s on time, and he delivers what the customer wants.”
