“The job got off a bit roughly when they were late, but they called to explain that one of their electricians had called in sick and they were scrambling to cover all the scheduled jobs. They offered to reschedule me for the following morning or later that same day. I chose later that day and Derek showed up as promised and completed the job in half the time they originally estimated. Not only did Kevin prevent this kid from getting struck by another vehicle, but he also assisted in calling for help and even gave a hug to this complete stranger who was crying and completely freaked out.
I don't know about you, but that is the kind of contractor that I want to hire to work on my jobs and in my own house.
