Pipe from the panel goes thro the roof.<br><br>Today ( Nov 13, 2025) due to heavy rains, water from the roof started to leak thro the pipe from the roof and drops of water settled down on the panel inside of our kitchen. We were able to detect the leak because we had open access to our kitchen due to kitchen remodel. Thanks to the rain and open access.<br><br>We called TDS WEST ELECTRIC, they responded to our issue very quickly and fixed the leak. “Very professional and excellent service done by Mr Sarkany of Snell Electric. No beating around the bush , he explained to us what needed to be done when we needed a new converter box. We appreciate him coming over all the way from the East Bay to the Peninsula at such short notice. Set up a temp fix while waiting for the necessary permits and had the new converter box in place quick when they were issued. All the time we were treated in a professional manner and straight forward great service. We had our final inspection done yesterday and everything is a go from PGE and the city.
