If you reach Jennifer from their direct phone line, she offers the highest tier of professionalism and service from first inquiry to finished project.I have utilized East Bay Electric for the home I rent personally when power has gone out and for the company I work for to maintain different lighting fixtures, etc. Each time the electricians arrive, namely both Rafael and Abel - they are articulate, efficient, and kind.I am rarely ever one to leave a review, but this team is full top tier people that deserve to be recognized. This is by far the best experience I have had with any electrician, handyman, or any technician to help repair a home. First, an inquiry is responded in a timely manner. They give you clear information about how the price their services and how they prorate in case the actual differs from the estimate. They voluntarily contact you when there is an earlier opening and work with your schedule. Before the technicians come, they send you a text message about who the technicians are, their pictures, and their short CV/experience.
