Amy got me back on track lifting weights for strength, balance and losing my expanding middle. She does a great job of making exercise interesting, while also insuring that my 73 year old body does the exercises correctly and without injury. Thanks Amy!
I have tried other personal trainer for a short time and did not continue, feeling not making any progress and not being encouraged. I often hurt myself due to not perform the correct form. Thanks to Amy, that is different this time. She is great to spend time and even extra time if needed to explain and help me to do the correct form. Attention to details and doing right form have helped me not hurt after workout. I am glad that I have met Amy and plan to be her client for a long term. As I turned 65, I had a lot of ailments especially my knees and shoulder. Amy developed a customized program based on my injuries. She helped me resolve years of shoulder and knee pain. Amy is a great trainer and I highly recommend her..
