“Our kitchen sink was backed up for two days and nothing I tried was working. I called for a drain cleaning and Rob showed up within a couple hours. He was super nice and explained that we had a major grease clog further down the line. He got it cleared out pretty quickly and even gave me some tips on how to keep it from happening again. It was a messy job but he made sure to wipe down under the sink before he left. The price was fair and the service was fast. I would definitely call them again.“

“I had deck drains that went from the backyard to the front yard that were full of tree roots. About 19 years ago I had the pool built and never thought of tree roots penetrating the pipes . George Carlos and Jacob all worked diligently to clear out not only the roots from inside the pipe but also having to chip away at tree roots surrounding the pipes. And thank you Matt for your continuous communication and being on site when needed. A sleeve was inserted to prevent future Roots penetrating and a new pipe was installed as well. “Very impressed with professionalism and responsiveness - there was not a moment where we were left in the dark about what to expect next. We had a pinhole leak during afterhours and contacted several plumbers who dragged their feet getting back to us. Orange Coast sensed our urgency and connected us with Bobby help us shut off the water in our unit. Scheduling was easy and they contacted us when they had a last minute cancellation and could fit us into their schedule for a next day inspection and repair from Colton. Colton was able to identify the source of the leak with just his ear and some moisture reading tools, the repair was done in less than an hour.“

Joey and his helper Angelo were out on the most recent call to take care of a bad sewer smell coming from the area behind our washing machine whenever our a/c was turned on. They installed a new P Trap, hydro flushed the pipes and scoped the lines for obstructions. Joey also noticed our tankless water heater and made recommendations for service. I called them on a Saturday even though Yelp said they were closed and someone answered. Joey came out within an hour to diagnose our issue, made recommendations and gave us a quote.
