We had Splash come out to our condo 3 times in one month. Michael, Kristi and Marisol were the one’s communicating with me via email. They were all very responsive and overly communicative! Francisco was our technician who came out all 3 times. He was very respectful, they put on booties over their shoes to protect our floors, and efficient. Him and his partner fixed our problems with no issues. We thought we had another issue from the work they did so they came out within 2 days and turns out it wasn’t related to the prior work but they comp’d the fee. We are blown away by their service and will be using them for future work! Thank you Splash!
The service provided by Splash Plumbing was excellent! I have used them twice and each time they were able to come out the same day. The technicians they sent were professional, polite and spot on with there summary of the problem.
Miguel who came on June 24 was efficient and thorough in his check of my water leak.

This company is very responsible. Although their workers previously carried out the improper connection which led the water district to discover that a pipeline under the water district's responsibility had been damaged and to seek compensation from us for the repair costs, once they understood the situation, they not only cooperated with the water district on the follow-up repairs but also agreed to reimburse us for the amount we paid to the water district. This was very reassuring to me.
