Reviews
After calling several plumbing companies that advertised a lower price for main line sewer clean out, Rooter Hero was the only company that was able to come out same day and was competitively priced. I don’t know why any company would schedule next day service for a sewer line backup!?! Jerry was our technician and did a wonderful job. He was very communicative, and showed up within 5 minutes of the ETA he provided so I didn’t have to wait around the 2 hour window. He did the job and answers all the questions I had. He had me flush the toilets several times to ensure water flowed through the sewer without backing up before wrapping up the job. Thank you Jerry… read full review
My little son threw an apple to the toilet , flashed and clogged it. Their dispatch responded right away and couple hours later the specialist was fixing the issue. Very fast, efficient and professional
