“From the moment I walked in, the administrative staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. There wasn't a day where Laura, Delaney, Christy, and Kristen checked in and asked how I was doing even before my actual session. They were kind and genuinely cared about their patients, so to me, these small interactions helped brighten my day while I was going through a difficult time with my pain the past 8 months.

The physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly explain each step of the recovery process. Even working with PT student interns was great because the physical therapists were great at teaching and guiding them to guide us patients. I had the honor of working with Stephanie Yahiro. She developed a personalized treatment plan for me that addressed my pain, helped me regain strength and mobility, and improved my wellbeing. She met me where I was at during every session and adjusted the exercises accordingly. She took great care of me and I’ve made incredible progress thanks to her expertise, patience, and guidance. My confidence in the beginning was low and I was always in pain. Progress felt slow and daunting and some days my motivation wasn't there, but having an encouraging and attentive physical therapist like Stephanie increased my motivation in and out of the clinic, especially as I felt myself getting stronger with each passing month. I'm stronger and more confident in my physical ability and I thank Stephanie for being with me through every step of the way, literally.

The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and has a comfortable atmosphere that makes every session enjoyable.

I came here 2 weeks after surgery from the rarest ankle fracture in the world (trimalleolar) and I literally rolled in on a knee scooter, unable to walk and scared for my future lol

I finished my requested 25 hours from the doctor and actually did another 25 because how much I like coming here and the progress it has given me.

“The therapists at Orthopaedic Spine Care and Change Physical Therapy are EXCELLENT!!! They are pleasant , caring, skilled and interested in helping you achieve success in your rehabilitation. They inquire about your goals and level of activity you would like to reach and then gear exercises to help you improve in attaining that goal. I’ve been impressed that each session builds upon the previous ones so you’re not repeating things and are being constantly challenged.
They also offer water therapy where you perform exercises on a treadmill in a warmed water tank.
It has been a pleasurable and encouraging experience. I look forward to each session in my journey back to rehabilitation.

“Im a retired nurse and I have been treated by Dr Russo for several years due to back pain. No matter how I feel coming in, I always feel better with relief of pain. He uses a special tool called an activator makes it painful with no "cracking" of the bones. He is open daily M-F and has late appointments as needed due to work. Danielle is the office assistant and is wonderful as well. She works magic with his schedule! Try him, you wont be disappointed!“

“PT@The Beach is simply the best for your physical therapy needs. Unlike other places where they set you up with a chart and send you on your way to do your PT, here you will receive one-on-one sessions each time with a trained professional. I have used them three times and have been absolutely satisfied each time. My daughter has also used them for sports injuries. Yes, you might get a student on occasion who will only observe your session. But rest assured that you will be treated by a trained physical therapist and receive the one-on-one treatment you deserve and will not get at other facilities.“

Dr. Gan was very thorough in his assessment and his explanation. The deep tissue massage/stretching was targeted to my problem area, and was quite effective.
