I partially tore my ACL 4 months ago and tried out a virtual program offered by my employer and was doing that because I chose a crappy health plan that doesn't cover anything. I wish I found this place sooner in my healing journey, but better late than never! They're out of network but I plan on returning again and again. Scheduling was easy and I was seen by Don, who was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and what I needed to work on. The massage gun, cupping, massaging, exercises, and cold/hot knee compress had me feeling better than anything else I've tried. It's a great environment and everyone is cared for. Can't wait to come back.

This is an amazing physical therapy clinic! Jake is so informative and well educated on the topic of physical therapy. I felt really comfortable inside this facility, and I can’t wait to be back. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I’ve had a great experience with Total Motion Sports Therapy. Jake has helped me with physical therapy, hockey recovery, and ongoing knee issues related to my ACL. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and really understands how to help athletes stay active and ready to perform. I appreciate the hands-on approach and the time he takes to explain what’s going on and how to improve.
