“Excellent customer service! This is our second experience with American Rat control. The first was 10 years go. At that time they trapped the critters and sealed off all the access points. That lasted 10 years until the critters chewed their way back in the house . When they started munching on our food my husband set out traps and got a few of them. Then he had to out of town leaving me to deal with the problems. I called American rat control
And they sent out a service person that was so thorough. He set traps in the house and because I was alone he came back the next day to empty the traps and reset them. I was so grateful. Today they returned and permanently closed all the entry points. Very very happy with American Rat Control.“

“After researching a lot of companies, we were fortunate to find Excellent Fumigation. What really stood out was they do everything themselves. Apparently, many companies subcontract their termite tenting which may cause issues down the line. When I called, I spoke with Kathy to schedule an inspection. Little did I know she would be our Coordinator from start to finish. She was just amazing and communicated everything that needed to be done. She instilled much confidence in an otherwise stressful process. What an all-star!

Juan came out to inspect our home and documented all the areas of termite damage. He was fast, thorough, and professional. We had our estimate within a few days and it was fair and competitive.

When our scheduled day arrived, Santiago (the Lead Fumigator) and Javier (Groundman and Roof) got to work on time and were fast and efficient. Santiago answered all my questions, was respectful of our property (along with the entire crew) and I was impressed with their professional demeanor. They made the entire experience stress-free and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

On a side note, Luis (Supervisor) came and did the aeration process on the second day and was prompt, courteous, and let us know everything went smoothly.

“Having to tent your house and move out for fumigation is no fun. But Dewey Pest Control Made it as easy and seamless as possible. Jose, our inspector was thorough, accurate, and good humored. Marlon, the chief of the crew that did the fumigation was very clear, easy to talk to and considerate. We had forgotten to pack up some produce that was in the refrigerator, and they very thoughtfully, took it out of the refrigerator and left it for us in a bag at the front of our house.
They arrived on time and we were able to re-occupy our home at the estimated time. I would highly recommend them and hope they’re still around in 20 years when we will need to do this again.“

I strongly recommend that people avoid this company for rodent removal services.
I hired them to address a rodent infestation in my attic. They came out, assured me that the problem will be solved if I hire them, they said they treated the problem, and left. Unfortunately, the rodent activity continued. After I contacted them again, they returned and claimed they had resolved the issue a second time. However, the problem never truly went away.
I had to travel and I was not leaving in the house for a period of time personal reasons when I came back, I realized the problem still continuing. I had to deal with the stress, inconvenience, all while the rodent issue remained unresolved. They never know where the rodent is coming in guessing closing and putting traps and then of course it takes some time for them to come back that's why they keep the warranty time short. If I had the rodent in another area of my house I will understand oh maybe another space, but it was exactly the same area plus the places they covered outside of my house was worn so fast and there were holes again
When I contacted the company again after their six-month warranty had expired, despite the fact that the original problem had never been properly fixed, they refused to take responsibility and instead wanted to charge me again for additional services. Their warranty period is much shorter than many other companies in the industry, which should have been a red flag from the beginning.
In my experience, this company seemed far more interested in collecting additional payments than in actually solving the customer's problem. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and there was no accountability when their treatment failed.
I would be especially cautious when dealing with Jesus the inspector who is nice at the beginning but they don't really know what they are doing and John who is the general Manager of the company, as my interactions with them were extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I am so dissatisfied with how this situation was handled that I am considering pursuing the matter in Small Claims Court.
Save yourself the frustration, expense, and stress. There are other companies that offer longer warranties and stand behind their work. I wish I had chosen one of them.“
