Called about a spider problem in my car, asking what it would cost to fumigate it. The person I spoke with on the phone spent 10 minutes with me explaining various aspects of the situation and suggesting what I could do about it, none of which involved paying him. He was very patient and helpful. I would definitely be inclined to call him first if I had another bug problem.
