“I cannot say enough amazing things about Femina PT! Kasia, in particular, I have worked with for five years. When I met her I had just had abdominal surgery for colon cancer. She not only helped in my recovery with pelvic floor therapy, but also helped resolve a shoulder injury that was 5 years old at the time. She helped me through two more very serious abdominal surgeries, as well as a pregnancy! Because I have had so much success with Kasia and physical therapy, I work with Kasia on a weekly basis for strength and conditioning training. We do a combo of Pilates, Yoga, weights, interval training and meditation. This keeps me pain and injury-free, while also improving my fitness and promoting longevity as I age.

I have also worked with Anna for strength and conditioning training. She is also excellent - highly recommend! I learned so much about the science behind different strength exercises. She is also trained in Yoga, Pilates and meditation.

Truly an amazing place if you are looking for help from surgeries, injuries, anything pelvic floor, pregnancy, and strength and conditioning. It is a particularly safe and welcoming space with a wonderful group of people.“

“One of the younger doctors did brain surgery to seal two artery holes that had allowed a high volume to surround my brain. “After undergoing treatment with Dr. Silani and staff for about 2 years, I feel like it's an appropriate time to write about my experience. From the minute I stepped into the office, I felt a huge wave of relief, knowing that my issues with dry eye were both seen and heard. Visits with my previous ophthalmologist felt extremely transactional; a simple diagnosis was made and various prescription drops thrown at me. I showed little to no improvement. However, at Dr. Silani's office, various in-depth tests were done to understand the health of my cornea, glands, and the overall dryness level of my eyes. I learned over the years from Dr. Silani that treatment of dry eye is a multi-step approach which involves not only prescription drops, but treatment devices that help to attack dryness at different angles.
After 2 years, I can confidently say that my eyes have improved so much due to the effective and consistent treatment that Dr. Silani has provided. I've tried a bunch of things, but what has seemed to help the most has been IPL, meibomian gland expression, gland probing, eyelid hygiene, and lifestyle changes. I owe it to Dr. Silani's expertise in getting my dry eye under control and ultimately changing my life.
What I appreciate the most is his passion for his job and his patients. He is empathetic, kind, and humble. I also appreciate how he proactively keeps up with advances in treatments instead of staying in a comfort zone. He is truly a phenomenal person and I look forward to every visit!“

“I have used this Urgent Care Center for a few years now and just now decided to leave a review. I don't know why because I should've left one years ago. This Urgent Care is truly one of the best Urgent Care centers I've ever been to. But I was moved today by Amber Boyd, she was the most attentive front desk person that I've ever had so far in the history of me. Going to urgent cares. Now I know urgent cares are designed to be there when your doctor can't take you and you have a non-life-threatening emergency. I have enough friends in the medical profession to know you do not go to the emergency room for conjunctivitis. I know my body well enough to know when something is off and today I woke up and my eye was bothering me and I knew that I had conjunctivitis. I head to my Cedar Sinai medical urgent care center and was greeted so warmly and treated so well. The thing about the Cedar Sinai team is that my primary care physician is a Cedar Sinai doctor so all of their records are like in one place so they can see what's happening with you when you're not seeing them it's the best ever. You just log onto the app. Today, I found out that they offer virtual care which is something that I could have used and not had to have come to the Urgent Care facility. I'm gonna try that next time telehealth is the way to go anyways, the doctors there at Cedar Sinai are just amazing. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable.“
