Great doctors, app, care.Today I was pretty disappointed when between my appointment and labs, I asked for parking validation, and they said they would do it at the end “to get the full time” but then when I left they only gave me a 1 hour validation, and I had to pay $5.50 for the remainder of the time.I don’t really think that’s fair considering I spent time waiting between my apt and labs, and they also misrepresented that they’d validate the entire period. I did speak up and mentioned that the validation was only for an hour and they said that’s all they can do. The team at Culver City, led by Dr. Drew MacQuarrie, exceeded my expectations. I had a scheduling conflict with the Santa Monica team, which almost made me cancel my One Medical Membership. However, I managed to rush to the Culver City location just in time for my appointment. The front desk receptionist greeted me warmly and quickly checked me in. Dr. MacQuarrie took me to the examination room and displayed professionalism, compassion, and empathy throughout. He treated me and recommended some lab tests for my current illness. As a new patient at One Medical in Culver City, I was extremely impressed with my first visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who had me checked in for my physical exam within minutes. The office has a modern yet warm design, and the front desk staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful.I was promptly seen by one of the physicians on staff who conducted my physical with the utmost care and professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, explaining health issues and treatment options in a way that was to understand without seeming rushed.
