I used to hate going to the doctor mostly because they were never on time and appointments felt rushed and the environment dated and administrative. The One Medical locations are incredible. The doctors are highly intelligent and thoughtful and always on time. The environment is super clean, modern and welcoming. There are even air purifiers in the bathroom at the Culver City location. I truly feel like I’m in good hands for the first time ever with my primary care doctor Drew MacQuarrie. I hope more people discover the gem that One Medical is.

I also needed a prior authorization for a prescription, and the team was prompt, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. From the provider to the office staff, the care felt thoughtful and well coordinated.
