“I had my first appointment at Lassen Medical Clinic today and I couldn’t be more impressed! I was in and out in a half hour which was great for my work schedule. I was greeted as soon as I walked in (I already filled out my info via a link before I arrived). The gal at the front desk was pleasant and happy and the other employees behind the desk really seemed to be happy and it gave the impression of a good work environment. My nurse was also friendly and helpful during my intake and my hearing test. DNP, FNP-BC Lena Jesrani was great! She sat and genuinely listened to my concerns, asked follow-up questions, and I never felt rushed like she had one foot out the door. All in all, this is the best medical clinic I’ve ever visited. Keep up the great work!”
