“I had my first appointment at Lassen Medical Clinic today and I couldn’t be more impressed! I was in and out in a half hour which was great for my work schedule. I was greeted as soon as I walked in (I already filled out my info via a link before I arrived). The gal at the front desk was pleasant and happy and the other employees behind the desk really seemed to be happy and it gave the impression of a good work environment. My nurse was also friendly and helpful during my intake and my hearing test. DNP, FNP-BC Lena Jesrani was great! She sat and genuinely listened to my concerns, asked follow-up questions, and I never felt rushed like she had one foot out the door. All in all, this is the best medical clinic I’ve ever visited. Keep up the great work!“

“The difference in the VA staff, from 20 yrs ago when it was at Hartnell is amazing. I stopped going to the VA back in 2001 because the people at that VA clinic did not give a crap about Vets. Due to health reasons I gave VA another go 2 years ago. I am thankful for the people that work there now compared to then. I still have issues with some things at the VA, but the personal working there is not one of them“
