“I have been going to Shasta community health Center since 1998 and the personnel the nurses nurse practitioners and the doctors have been wonderful very informative and they have been really good I've gone to the main office on Placer and now I see my regular doctor in the Shasta Lake office. They've kept me alive so far it's been almost 30 years and I just love them to death. Keep up the good work the knowledge and the professionalism thank you“

“Dr. Monica Gralian is the most kindest, qualified, experienced, hardworking, dedicated dr. In Northern California!! Hands down! Her case load is 10x a regular physician! If not more! She cares so much for each patient that walks through the door! Sometimes it takes a minute to see her, only because of work load!! When trying to see SO many people who can’t get care. It gets a little chaotic sometimes, but her patient load says it all. People want to be cared by her. Seeing her as a provider is well worth the wait! saved my family member when no one else would.

The nurse practitioner Cherie Booker is incredible, kind, intelligent, and takes the time to fully understand your situation. Her office manager Michele Gibson, who is also her daughter, is exceptional in all ways. This is a true piece of Americana and a family owned business that deserves support.

There is a managing physician who oversees everything, so you are in good hands and all is 100% legal. Controlled substances are not a problem for them to prescribe when medically necessary. They will also allow you to use your own blood work if you prefer to use Life Extension to save money, which connects with LabCorp for convenient lab testing. It is a fair and honest business model that you will appreciate.

I know the name says diabetes clinic, but they also help with any hormone therapy you may need for both men and women. I also feel you can use Cherie and Michelle for any ailments you may have, this place is great!“

“I would like to share my experience as a patient at CFM for maaaaaany years (I have actually been going to this facility back when Dr McCallum was there). I have seen several of the providers at CFM over the years and every encounter has been great. Each time I call for an appointment they are able to get me in very quickly. The office staff is VERY pleasant. I love the fact that the office is very family-oriented, from their little kiddos to the family pet! It's a great vibe that I, as a person and patient, enjoy. Recently, I was forced to transfer a prescription from my neurologist to my PCP. They were able to work with me to make that happen so that I could get that medication refilled (after learning from WALGREENS that I was no longer under the care of my neurologist?!). I have just heard mixed reviews of CFM over the years and wanted to express my appreciation to this office and all the efforts they put into my healthcare.“
