“I have been dealing with NVIH for all 3 of my kids' dental care since probably around 2013. I've had some less than 5 star experiences but today this 5 star review goes out to Dawn in the billing office, and her boss who made things right by clearing up my paid account that had gotten sent to collections almost a year ago. I tend to get a little heated with this type of thing but tried to start out kindly. Dawn looked up my account, noticed the discrepancies, then took my name and number so she could look into it and call me back. She called me back in about an hour to inform me that not only did she and her boss get the funds applied correctly, they also called the collections company and got my information cleared up. This is exactly what I expect from customer service and I rarely find it anymore. So I want to thank Dawn and her boss for their dedication to true customer service. Thank you for making my day.“

Without exception, every single person we met and who cared for my husband was efficient and knowledgeable, yet warm and caring. They attended to my husband through some difficult times with so much genuine concern and professionalism. I am grateful to be in Willows with a very fine medical facility available.
