Today I had an appointment at Lassen Medical in Cottonwood. My appointment was at 11 AM, I was running late and called on my way to the appointment. I spoke with someone at the front desk at 10:58 AM. She informed me that as long as I was there by 11:05 AM, I could be seen. I was standing in the lobby of the clinic at 11:05 AM. I confirm that on my phone, I stood there and waited for the person at the desk to assist a patient checking in, and then she left her station and went to the back for maybe a minute there was another person sitting at the desk. I had my first appointment at Lassen Medical Clinic today and I couldn’t be more impressed! I was in and out in a half hour which was great for my work schedule. I was greeted as soon as I walked in (I already filled out my info via a link before I arrived). The gal at the front desk was pleasant and happy and the other employees behind the desk really seemed to be happy and it gave the impression of a good work environment. My nurse was also friendly and helpful during my intake and my hearing test. DNP, FNP-BC Lena Jesrani was great!
