Well the VA hospital is fairly new. I'm very satisfied with the way they take care of veterans. They are quick to get you seen and they rarely make you wait. Even if you come in without an appointment and you need care they will see you. Unliked most hospitals the wait is short. I'm blessed to have been a veteran.

Was scheduled for a women’s health appointment, realized I didn’t get asked if I wanted a female or male doc, and saw in a reminder letter I was scheduled with a male. Why assume I’m fine with that, or do they give less than a damn. My psych was replaced with another doc, with no notice to me. I haven’t been contacted by the new one at all. It’s been months. Only leaving five stars because my primary care is an angel and urgent care staff is kind. But in spirit, I’m leaving three stars.

The difference in the VA staff, from 20 yrs ago when it was at Hartnell is amazing. I stopped going to the VA back in 2001 because the people at that VA clinic did not give a crap about Vets. Due to health reasons I gave VA another go 2 years ago. I am thankful for the people that work there now compared to then. I still have issues with some things at the VA, but the personal working there is not one of them
