The staff are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. They are there to help and they really act like it. I've never had any treatment or scheduling issues there.
The building is very open and comfortable to be in. Even jigsaw puzzles out on tables and free books for anyone.
At the VA today with my dad. All staff were friendly, caring and compassionate. His nurse and medical provider were amazing, thorough and informative. So happy he has the VA to go to for his health care!
Well the VA hospital is fairly new. I'm very satisfied with the way they take care of veterans. They are quick to get you seen and they rarely make you wait. Even if you come in without an appointment and you need care they will see you. Unliked most hospitals the wait is short. I'm blessed to have been a veteran.
