The workout was unlike anything I've been able to do in the gym, and it was all quantifiable. Being able to max out with each workout in under 20 to 30 minutes is absolutely incredible. The space is also very clean and inviting. I can't wait to see myself progress over the next few months.

The best thing about Rocket Science Fittness is the science-based strategy with the ARX machines and Carol bike because they save so much time. I was initially skeptical I could get a great workout in 30 minutes. But they proved me wrong. After finishing 19 workouts I've never been stronger, and I was able to put some muscle on working out once a week. They are the real deal!

As I get older, I'm finding it harder to make the time to get to the gym regularly, and I keep getting hurt. Rocket Science Fitness has been an awesome way to get my time back, get a great workout, and avoid injury! Beautiful facility and great trainers. I highly recommend!
