They assist her with all her needs: bathing, bathroom, dressing, and other daily activities that she can no longer do on her own. With their help, she enjoys cooking and baking again, and in addition, she is teaching them crafting, something they do together throughout their time with her. “We had the best experience with Pam ! It was our first lice encounter and i was overwhelmed and not sure if we had it or not ! Pam was so informative and kind on the phone and honest with pricing . Pam even sent me tutorials on doing it myself because she felt bad to charge me a travel fee , we are south county and she is in Huntington area ! But i opted for peace of mind to make sure we were free from everything especially since I’ve never dealt with lice. My in laws /cousins aunt even came over as they were dealing with lice a couple days prior to make sure they were in the clear, she was so kind when people just started showing up for checks ! She educated us and took her time with each of us and was honest on who needs a treatment and who was in the clear . As a first time mom experiencing this I’m beyond grateful i chose her services !! “Brightstar is very professional and all the staff that we had the pleasure to meet were very helpful and kind. Four stars because we did ask for a caregiver without an accent, because my mother has hearing loss. Brightstar still sent caregivers with strong accents. This made it hard for my mother to communicate. That being said, we stopped service because my mother no longer needed care. Should we need this kind of care again we will call Brightstar Thank you for your care and support“

Apex Home, Hospice, and Home Care is an Excellent Company !
I am Mark and I’ve been taking care of my Aunt and Uncle since 2021. I first reached out to Apex and manager Tess in 2021 to spend a couple of hours a day with them and Make sure they were taking their Medication. In 2023 I had to move both of them into Memory Care, and within a month I had to go to Texas for 3 months. So, I again called Tess at Apex to arrange care for over 8hrs a day, for several months, to help them settle into Memory Care life while I was out of state. Now, for the third time, at the beginning of February 2026, I called Tess at Apex to arrange 24hr care for my Aunt who is now living alone in Memory Care. I don’t want her to be Alone during this Life changing event!
Every time I needed Apex, they have been there with Professionalism and kindness. What a Great team! I cannot say it Strong enough, that this Company is Excellent !!!

“My dad was pretty resistant to someone coming into his space, but after a couple sessions he really felt comfortable with the care giver. She understood how he was and just let him warm up to her being there. I forget her name but she has been a big help around the house. She helps my dad do his laundry and makes him a nice lunch. “I was unsure about the company at first, my dad was placed with a social worker for housing with this place , the start was rough, he was assigned to his housing case manager Brittany. Brittany was able to get my dad housed within a month and not only did she get him housed she checked on my dad daily beyond her duties , today will Be my dad’s last day with Ms Brittany and I would love to say thank you for being the kind hearted person and thank you for all your help. “I can't say enough about this company. My dad has been in and out of the hospitals for the past 8 months and after his initial discharge, we were assigned to a care provider based in L.A. by the care facility. They were always either late or miss the appointments and my Dad situation got worse under their care to a point that had to go back to the hospital. By chance and through a 3rd party, I was referred to this company. After switching to Unified Care, I could not believe the difference between the service they offered compared to the previous one. From day one, one of their Nurses, (Mrs. Manijeh) rightfully diagnosed (later verified by the doctor) that a back wound he had been treated for, was the wrong diagnosis for that wound. It took one visit from her versus 4 months under care of the other company's nurse. After that, the other nurses, Mrs. Mehry and specially Mrs. Mahin who has been attending to his post-surgery wound vacuum and is getting better every day. She even came on the Memorial day holiday, because she did not want to miss his routine change of his wound. This company and their staff are like angels That I needed to help me with my Dad's situation. I should also mention the administrator person, Mrs. Shohreh; who is always great and pleasant and arranges all the appointments without any hassle. Something I never experienced with the other company. If you are looking for a professional and reliable Home health services, don't waste your time by going anywhere else. This comes from my painful and long experience with other company.“
