When I moved to OC, someone recommended Dr. Arai. In I go with full of pain, out I came with my body feeling ever lighter and aligned. His method might be somewhat different from many chiropractors you’ve had sessions with. No fancy machines, no unnecessary joint adjustments where you feel no change after the adjustment. Love this clinic! I was referred by a family friend and was super impressed with my visit. Dr. Arai and the office staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable.I came in with body pain due to running & day-to-day sitting from the office. Dr. Arai listened to my different concerns and adjusted as needed. He was super patient, kind, and walked me through each adjustment beforehand. I felt a noticeable positive difference after & Dr. Arai even gave me some tips to help moving forward.Would definitely recommend!
