“My wife and I go to the Spa regularly, it's our favorite and we have tried many in SD and Coronado. I only get the deep tissue massage for 90 minutes, and if they have time, I sometimes extend to 120 minutes. I have tight knots in my neck and shoulders and they get completely worked. I have chronic tension and pain in my neck, shoulders, and sometimes in my lower back and they are GREAT at targeting exactly where I specifically need every time. I also have some sports injuries and need special accommodations and every staff is extremely professional and an expert on how to handle accommodations. “We got both the spa and pool pass and enjoyed a whole day of sun and relaxation. I really enjoyed their steam sauna, dry sauna, hot tub, and relaxation room. The pool is also great for people who want to enjoy time in the sun. The facilities are not new but decently kept and clean. Moreover, the staff were all professional, friendly, and very helpful. We used the free valet that came with our pass and the spa has plenty of parking right next to the facilities.“

“Dr. John was so helpful and professional. I was in major pain due to working and working out. I hurt my back during an exercise. Went a few days without doing anything, except typical heat patches and stretching. After no change I sought out professional help I was in national city at the time so I looked up a few practices. Saw back2play and read the reviews. Decided to book an appointment. I'm sure glad I did. Dr. John isolated the problem and adjust appropriately. I've been to other practices before it felt more general adjustments. Here I felt like he was fixing my problem versus trying to drag it out in sessions. Definitely feel better and stronger. Great chiropractor for accidents and wellness. Go for the sport package. It's amazing you'll feel your best after sessions. I also do my maintenance sessions to keep my body correct for all my bad posture during my work hours as a professional chef. Plus my son gets all his preventive sport adjustment here now too. He's a high school volleyball player entering college volleyball soon.
