The health center has implemented effective COVID-19 guidelines to ensure everyone's safety. The medical assistants are skilled and gentle, making procedures like blood draws quick and painless. The outpatient program is particularly praised for its empathetic counselors. Overall, patients feel well taken care of and appreciate the high level of service.
Unfortunately, my experience with Riverside University Health has been very disappointing. The waiting times are extremely long—both on the phone and in person. It’s very difficult to reach anyone, and after waiting on hold for a long time, the call often gets disconnected or hung up.
The staff I interacted with were not polite or respectful, which made the experience even more frustrating. It feels like there’s a serious lack of communication and care for patients’ time and concerns. I truly hope management takes steps to improve their service quality and staff training.
Would like to post a review regarding Jack that was drawing blood made it very easy and comfortable. I was very nervous about getting this done because I've been stuck with a needle several times with bad experiences. He made it very easy and smooth. Just want to give him a recommendation that his service was very professional and on point. Thank you again Jack
Nice friendly workers, though my problems are extensive, I may be irreparable, I'm sure they can do the same or better than anyone else thank you. My appt was postponed because my medi-cal was inactive, but it's ok now I can make an appt.
