About LA Cancer Network-Compassionate Cancer Care
LA Cancer Network-Compassionate Cancer Care is a cancer treatment center that provides world-class medicine by board-certified hematologists and oncologists. The center has a private practice setting with friendly and personal staff who develop relationships with patients throughout their treatment. They conduct clinical trials for cancer treatments and offer innovative treatments to help maximize patient outcomes. The staff is described as amazing, friendly, and caring, with some patients having a positive experience with their doctors, such as Dr. Baqai and Dr. Merza, who take the time to explain results and address concerns. However, some patients have experienced poor service since the center was bought out by a new company, with issues such as rude office managers, problems with medication refills, and unexpected costs. Despite this, many patients appreciate the staff's compassion and kindness, with one patient describing them as "outstanding in their service and genuine compassionate care." The center provides a comprehensive range of services and has the resources to help patients in their fight against cancer. Patients have reported feeling confident in the care they receive and have recommended the center to others. Overall, LA Cancer Network-Compassionate Cancer Care is a place where patients can receive high-quality care and feel supported throughout their treatment.
I noticed the horrible reviews for customer service and wanted to share my pleasant experience. The staff and doctor Choi were absolutely fantastic. I am a first time patient so maybe the staff has been changed. The facility is comfortable and smells amazing with floral fragrance. Check it out.

More like Incompassionate care. We were told of a new diagnosis today that could lead to multiple myeloma and the NP couldn’t be bothered to review the diagnosis and its potential future complications, monitoring recommendations etc.
I can’t blame her entirely as she was obviously in a rush, but damn, fight for your patients and their care. Push forward patients complaints on quality of care to admin because this is my dad we’re talking about, not another number, paycheck, etc.
Shame on all of you
