I wanted to go with a local company in Concord. I am glad that I did. They have replaced about 75% of the windows in my rental property in Richmond. They are easy to work with and personable. They wanted to ensure they found me the best quality windows for the best price with a company they trusted that would also arrive promptly. Once they came in, they were swift in getting me on the schedule to install. The installer Miguel is professional and has quality work. He also spends the time to educate you on the aspects of the windows and how to protect your property. We had 5 new windows installed, from the start with Rebecca all the way to the end with Kyle and E-z this was the best experience we could have asked for. Top notch communication from everyone made this the most stressless experience.Our windows turned out perfect and were exactly what we were expecting. Our windows look nice, cut noise and help a ton with the cold & heat.Windows & Beyond will be the only window company I would recommend. We found Windows & Beyond online, reached out to them, I was impressed of their response so quickly, scheduled to do measurements and gave us a estimate in less than 24hrs, they were nice to even lower the price for us! They did work on our rental property, got job done in just 3 days, our tenants were impressed, happy and gave us a feedback how their team was so kind, polite and very professional, well done!
