They installed a 199,000 BTU Navion instant hot water heater seven years ago for me best hot water heater I’ve ever had 100% A+ service. I recommend this and them to anybody.

Pros: The pricing was competitive. The quality and professionalism of our tankless water heater installation was excellent. Cliff also agreed to do some additional work for us. Cons: Dealing with the ordering of the equipment took a long time with lots of false starts and misinformation. After contacting the office multiple times, it appears we cannot get additional work done through them. Both before and after the water heater installation, we had to reach out, as there was little follow up. It would have saved us time if they had just said they didn't want the smaller job. In general, the communication was poor.
