I called around to get a few estimates and found Mike to be the most helpful. That did it for me, he was my guy. His knowledge with water heaters was impressive. He broke down commercial water heater quality vs box store water heaters. I went with a 40 gallon American Standard commercial grade unit which Mike installed the same day. Mike's service is outstanding as well as his pricing.
