Just came back to see Diana for a two year touch up. Unfortunately I messed up and we had to reschedule. She explained why it was in my best interest to reschedule and was so kind! I felt terrible to have wasted her time but she insisted it more important to do it the right way and then quickly rescheduled me for a later date. Not only that, but since I was there Diana did a quick brow cleanup for me! Such incredible customer service! Also - my brows still look amazing even two years in! Diana is a rockstar. Thank you!
