“Well I read the previous reviews from 2-3 years ago, I can't speak to the service back then, I hired chuck and his team to remodel my pool and spa tile, from start to finish the job was expertly done and completed on time, in fact they went above and beyond bringing me several tile choices, his crew were always on time, friendly and Marcelino was an artist cutting and installing the tile. I was so pleased I hired them again to install stone on my 80ft wall surrounding the pool, again Marcelino expertly installed the wall, chuck the owner arrived upon completion to inspect the job. “Gio, Marco and all of their team members are absolutely incredible!I had a leak underneath my bathtub due to an old drain. I got it fixed once before but the issue came back, so I decided it was time to rip the bath rub out and install something new. I reached out to a bunch of contractors in the Palm Springs area and got people over to provide me with quotes. Turns out some did not have proper licenses (yet advertise they do), some quoted me for labor but wanted me to go buy all the parts and tiles, some showed up an hour late etc. Gio made a perfect impression. He communicated well about his ETA, talked me through the process and provided me with a rough estimate. Later that evening, he sent me a quote via email with the breakdown and I also got to select the tile at that point. Gio had also renovated bathrooms in a few other condos in my HOA, which definitely gave me even more confidence. I paid the down-payment and Marco showed up a few days later with his workers. They put down paper and plastic everywhere to try and keep my place as clean and dust free as possible. They ripped out the bathroom in one day. Then the plumber came to redo plumbing. He rebuilt the pipes and drain, which was definitely needed. They then left water standing in the drain during the weekend to make sure it wouldn't leak (it didn't). Then the tilers took about 3 days doing the sides and floor. On the final day, the plumber came back to install the fixtures and sliding door. Start to finish, the labor took a week. The workers always showed up within the hour that they said they would. Gio and Marco were super available via call and text when needed. And everyone was super friendly. I can't thank them enough for the amazing job they did.“

“Our home was flooded by a malfunctioning HOA lake. Michael Garza , lead technician for Paul Davis came with his team very quickly and immediately went to work moving our things out and extracting water. He subsequently arranged the asbestos and lead testing and removal and also oversaw that work. It is difficult to deal with such a catastrophe and know what to do. Michael handled it beautifully and always politely answered our texts and calls.We high recommend Paul Davis Restoration and Michael Garza in particular.“

“We used Acme yesterday for the first time. We had our desert den floor flooded from rainwater coming in under the track of our sliding glass door and the door had been stuck and unable to be moved for an extended period of time. They came out and assessed the problem and were back the next day to repair. The track and sliding window were in really bad shape but they fixed the problem which in my judgement was not easy to do. They were pleasant and professional. The price we paid was very fair. I would certainly highly recommend them to others based upon our experience.“

“Earlier this month, Manny Gonzales of AST Stone came by our house to give us a quote for a new Granite top for our newly rebuilt kitchen Island. Manny was very professional and made us feel at ease. we gave him information on the type of Granite that we had previously picked out at Arizona Tile, (A great place to shop for any type of stone). Later in the day we received a quote by email which was a great price for the Granite slab, fabrication and installation. (We had other quotes that were much higher). We accepted their proposal and within a few days, AST sent out their Technician Ted, to take measurements and do a template. Within the next week, We were notified that the Granite was ready for installation. Ted arrived with his crew and perfectly installed the perfect beautiful Granite counter top with our new undermount double sink. Holes were perfectly drilled for faucet, soap dispenser and dishwasher push button. The workers were very careful to keep the area dust free and clean. All in all, they did a great professional job and we are delighted with our new kitchen island. Hats off to AST Stone Corp. of Coachella.“
