“I am long overdue in sharing my experience with Chad at American Renovation Service. He helped us finish the kitchen in our vacation home and did a wonderful job. Specifically, he worked on the countertops, tile backsplash, and the custom build/installation of our range vent.

Chad was incredibly helpful in coordinating the logistics; since this property is in a remote mountain location, we selected our countertop material in San Diego, he handled the sourcing and fabrication in Palm Springs, and then arranged the transport of everything up to the house himself.

He is diligent in his attention to detail. The tile backsplash has every line straight, thoughtfully placed, and exactly where it should be. We asked him to come up with a custom build for the vent hood, and after showing him a few inspiration photos from the internet, he matched the vision perfectly. What was really helpful was that he asked questions at every stage to ensure he had our input and didn't assume any decisions. He was patient and professional whenever we were slow to make a few of them.

For our project, Chad worked mostly as a one-man operation. This was fine by us, as there was never any guesswork about who would be on-site and he maintained direct accountability for the entire project, start to finish.
