So far, I have a good feeling about this company. Solid customer care from what I experienced today. I purchased a solar system from SunWorks out of Roseville years ago, only to discover they went belly up recently. Through online searching, I discovered EnergyAid had picked up servicing numerous SunWorks customers. Marcos was the technician, who responded to my house. He very quickly gave me an assessment of my system, noted all the problems, and gave me clear options to consider moving forward. No BS. Good knowledgeable service.
While there was some confusion regarding the appointment time, once Marcos arrived he showed himself to be very knowledgeable, professional and personal. He identified the issue and explained what has to be done to fix it. Now we can only hope that someone has the SunPower part that is required to fix our system.
Marcos Gonzales and Brian Vigil from EnergyAid are awesome! They did a complete troubleshooting diagnostics on my solar today to find and FIX the problem. These guys are great. Thank you!
