The plumbers are knowledgeable and conscientious. There have been times when customers asked for a more expensive repair and the plumber used their expertise to explain why it was unnecessary, giving a less expensive, more appropriate repair. In one case, a pressure issue was quickly diagnosed as a faulty pressure reducing valve. The replacement was done efficiently and with great care, with no mess left behind. The plumber even double-checked the rest of the system. Another customer called on a Saturday for a disposal issue; the plumber arrived promptly and discovered the issue was the circuit, not the unit. He did not charge. Customers describe the company as very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and all around great. They would not hesitate to call again for any future plumbing needs.
