Got a couple of bids for a new water heater install, and to my surprise, HOTCO didn't do a list of add-ons to the base price, which showed up as a considerable increase in other bids. Starters: their base price was reasonable, and they included the standard items required for a proper installation. Not the add-ons that make it look like the other company's are doing something extra. Sleight of hand. Highly recommend HOTCO, prompt service, reasonable pricing, integrity. A smile behind the voice; went the extra mile to work with the homeowner's schedule.
