I went in skeptical since it’s been years that I haven’t done anything to my hair. Karla, is very knowledgeable and took care of me. She explained to me regarding color and bleaching and damaging. She noticed my hair was healthy and didn’t want to damage my hair. Therefore, I told her she was the expert so I’ll leave my hair in her hands (literally)
