This month is undoubtedly the hardest of my life. The one bright spot was working with Gates Kingsley Gates on preparations for my late step-dad. We mainly worked with Dania, and I must say it is very hard to find anyone in any sector of customer services with Dania’s level of compassion, competence, accommodation, and professionalism, all without being made to feel like my mom or I were being hard sold on anything. The folks who picked up my stepdad from our house were incredible as well. It was quite honestly perfect service, at a time in my life that was greatly needed. Thank you.
Everyone I spoke with, was incredibly patient and easy to communicate with. They listened and had flexibility for a very tight budget. Their explanations of the the protocols and procedures were very easy to understand and staff always conveyed professionalism and compassion.
They were very courteous and kind and showed sets compassion for the loss of our brother and even when someone they didn’t know called in for information they took their name and phone number and contacted me with the information so that I could contact that person they just were so helpful. I recommend anyone when you lose somebody to use them. They are awesome.
