Jorge did a great job diagnosing and repairing an issue with my AC that was slowly losing refrigerant. He was very thorough with the leak detection process, took the time to explain what he found, and clearly walked me through the repair options.

What I appreciated most was his communication and reliability. He showed up when he said he would, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood exactly what was causing the problem and how it would be fixed. The repair was completed successfully, and my AC has been working great ever since.
