Stay far away from this establishment. The level of incompetence is insane. Speaking from a personal experience, I needed a thyroid medication that I cannot live without refilled. I had to call nine times just to get an answer on the process in which my new prescribing doctor is able to do so. And Even after explaining that I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms to the so-called medical professionals they still did not refill my prescription and I had to do a telehealth through my insurance pay a co-pay and beg for a refill. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would NEVER recommend this doctor’s office. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
I waited an entire MONTH for an important appointment for my dad. Even getting the appointment was ridiculous—I called every single day for three days before I could finally get someone on the phone to schedule it.
After waiting an entire month, my dad and I showed up expecting him to be seen, only to be TURNED AWAY and told to go to another provider where we DIDN’T EVEN HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I have been referred to them. I am trying to make appointment from last few days and left so many voicemails. They do not pick up call and they have not replied to my voicemail yet either.
