“Impossible to explain what an amazing experience this was. It wasn't easy to get my first deep tissue myofascial massage work done at 67. But that was what I asked for, and what the surgeon and I agreed needed to be done! The bodywork was intense but it was WELL WORTH the result. I was exhausted for two days (but strangely not bruised or tender) from all the toxin release. My life is pretty much changed - as I have more energy and stamina - stand straighter and feel MUCH BETTER!!! I was heading towards another surgery and now I am not....Going back as soon as I can! “I have been seeing Ashley for awhile now and she is amazing!! I am having some issues with my muscle and nerves. She always takes time to ask me how I am feeling before every session. She checks in with me with what has been going on with my PT and anything to report from my doctors. She is my life saver. I live in pain on a daily basis and after our 90min session together, I have some relief in my muscles for a couple of days. As someone who is in pain all the time, it helps to feel somewhat normal for those 2 days.“
