When I needed help Hearing life me Carlsbad took great care of me. I had turned in my hearing aids because they were not working correctly. But I was tested and my hearing aids were repaired and working great.
The Audiologist Dr Zaki is very knowledgeable and is very friendly and easy to work with on my hearing aids. She has gone out of her way to make sure I have all the information I neede. Her assistant is also very capable. She had everything ready, paperwork, info to charge my hearing aids. Both are friendly. I've had my aids for only 2 days and they fit perfectly. I barely notice they are in my ears. The sound is clearer than I've been able to hear for years. I would recommend this Carlsbad office to anyone who even thinks they might be having hearing issues.

My wife and I were privileged to receive our 3 month review and service updates for our Oticon Real 2 Hearing aids purchased in March 2024.
Dr Zaki went over all recent updates and incorporated all necessary adjustments to update our Hearing aids. A program called General 2, was installed and we find it to be superior to Gen. 1.
Dr Zaki took her time with details when answering our many questions, and explaining many issues we were unaware of that will be helpful in the future.
