“Kurt Bohmer plumbing is a really professional company. I had no issues. Customer service was amazing and they came out the same day I called. Carlos was very knowledgeable in his work. I asked him about possibly adding an RV dump station to my septic system.. he explained the process.. he called me back later on the same day and gave me a reasonable quote. He also recommended that I get a new lid for the top of the tank (which the handle is coming off from the lid) before the handle breaks off and becomes difficult to remove. Also received a quote for the lid. Enrique back at the office had to contact me back regarding payment. I had an issue with my bank account.. which I resolved within minutes. Called him back to rerun the card. He was understanding and handled the situation very professionally. I don’t understand the reason for all the negative reviews on google. I’m very happy with my judgement.. I bypassed all those awful reviews and called Kurt Bohmer Plumbing for service and will be calling again for future needs!“
