“This is our second huge projects with Castleworks. Justin went above & beyond, not only making what could have been a huge issue. He figured out the best way to do do with a very minimal amount of holes in walls. He did the work quickly & despite the very small holes needed to connect the pipes, he made it all look like a work of art. I highly recommend recommend the company for any plumbing needs & a special shout out to Justin”
“I start with an OMG! Amazing people and professionals work at Plumbing by Kirk. I had a massive plumbing emergency around 4am in the morning today and I spoke directly with Brian. His sense of care, kindness, concern and genuine compassion made me feel at ease with my worries and his team members immediately came in to support us and fixed plumbing issues. The level of genuine customer experience and engagement was very inspiring and refreshing. His service and professionalism reminded me of small town America back in the 90s where you feel as though you already know each other. Warm, caring and fast and efficient with their work. I am really inspired and grateful .”
