Very happy with the fast service and professionalism of the company, and especially Thomas our service tech. Our water heater was up and running in a few hours. We would highly recommend Payless!

I was charged less than the original estimate. Great communication via email and text. Also got alerted when technician was on his way to my house. My only recommendation is to improve phone communication -half my calls to the office were not answered or dropped after being transferred to the extension. Not sure if this was due to the volume of calls...
