We just started using Plumbing by Kirk this week and have already had the pleasure of working with Peyton and Justin on a couple of occasions. Both were terrific—professional, courteous, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work. They took the time to educate us along the way, too, which we really appreciated, and their pricing is fair and transparent. Everything was left clean and tidy after each visit.
Tracie in the office has been phenomenal as well. She is quick to respond, able to get us on the schedule promptly, and thorough in following up on questions and quotes for future work. We're very happy to have found Plumbing by Kirk and look forward to working with them again for our future plumbing needs.

Reviews
I start with an OMG! Amazing people and professionals work at Plumbing by Kirk. I had a massive plumbing emergency around 4am in the morning today and I spoke directly with Brian. His sense of care, kindness, concern and genuine compassion made me feel at ease with my worries and his team members immediately came in to support us and fixed plumbing issues. The level of genuine customer experience and engagement was very inspiring and refreshing. His service and professionalism reminded me of small town America back in the 90s where you feel as though you already know each other. Warm, caring and fast and efficient with their work. I am really inspired and grateful .
Had a TOTO Drake installed and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I didn't catch the name of the woman who answered the phone, but she took the time to walk me through the differences between brands and explained why she'd steer me away from American Standard. She had someone out within an hour of my call.
Justin showed up on time and had everything installed in about an hour. He also recommended a riser, which turned out to be exactly what I needed, and applied a new customer discount without me even asking.
I'll definitely be calling them again when my other two toilets need replacing.
